Hi I’m Rhonda Trollmann aka Coach Rhonda T.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Precision Nutrition level 1 Certified Coach, and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, who has spent the past 8 years working one on one with people in a Physical Therapy environment. I’ve recently expanded my services by providing online coaching programs.
My passion lies with helping people find ways to enjoy exercise and movement. Whether recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain such as arthritis, to overcoming exercise boredom or years of being sedentary; my goal is to assist people in finding the best program that works for them.
Being a sufferer of arthritis myself, I fully understand what it’s like to have to modify my own workouts to find ways to work with my limitations. I do the same for my clients.
Circuit style workouts are my preferred type of routines custom tailored to fit my client’s individual goals and needs. I have found over the years that clients are more likely to adhere to a program if they’re being challenged, having fun, and learning new skills such as working with kettlebells, battle ropes, heavy bags; while being progressed safely in their fitness journey.
My clients often tell me that they like working with me because of the way I change things up. They say it keeps them motivated to come back for more!
I don’t like to be bored when I workout, I don’t expect my clients to be bored either!

I love football, particularly the Denver Broncos!
I have 2 dogs and 5 cats.
I love sleeping in! I am NOT a morning person.
My husband and I were born 3 days apart.
Sushi is my favorite food group!
I love green tea, red wine & building puzzles while listening to podcasts.
