Hi!  I’m so glad you found me!

If you’re feeling like your body just doesn’t move the way it used to, or that staying strong and independent is getting harder as the years go by—you’re not alone. I hear it all the time: “I know I need to exercise, but my knees ache, my energy isn’t what it used to be, and I don’t even know where to start.”

That’s where I come in.

I help people just like you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies—without spending hours working out or pushing through pain.

I’ve been a personal trainer for 16 years, spending 12 of them in a physical therapy clinic, helping people rebuild strength after injuries and learn how to move without hurting themselves. Now, I work with clients 100% online, making fitness fit your life—no matter where you are.

And if you’re worried about limitations, I get it. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists, so I know firsthand how frustrating it is when certain movements just don’t feel good. But I also know there’s always a way to train around pain, build strength where it matters, and keep your body working for you.

I believe exercise should be something you enjoy (or at least don’t dread). No crazy workouts, no one-size-fits-all routines—just smart, effective training designed for your body and your goals.

Along with years of hands-on experience, I bring education and certifications to make sure you’re getting the best guidance possible:

  • NASM/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor
  • Gray Institute Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) – specializing in movement and injury prevention
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (Pn1) & Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant – because what you do outside of your workouts matters just as much
